Rosie Deane has been teaching yoga since 2004, having gained her Yoga Instructor's certification through Vivekananda Yoga Centre, Singapore (VYASA). Accredited through Yoga Alliance USA as
E-RYT200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), Rosie teaches a traditional Hatha style of yoga combining breathing practices (Pranayama), postures (Asana) and guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) to give the practitioner an overall feeling of physical and mental well-being.
Rosie teaches to small groups and private individuals in the Ascot area. Current group classes:
