I continued to practice yoga on a weekly basis for several years and found it really helped to maintain my sanity and to keep my body healthy.
My regular practice continued after I went to live in Singapore and throughout both my pregnancies. Then, one of my pre-natal teachers suggested I should consider teaching yoga myself. The thought had often occurred to me when lying in Savasana that, "This is so good, I should be sharing it with the rest of the world". And so I came to the Vivekananda Yoga Centre (VYASA) in Singapore for my Yoga Instructor Training, with Manoj Thakur, where I completed my 200 hour Yoga training.
Subsequent trainings have included Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley and Pregnancy Yoga Training with Sally Parkes.
