We did one on one meditation sessions. Rosie explained to me the stories, meaning and history of yoga and meditation.
I was pretty much lost in my mind and thoughts when I met Rosie but she helped me learn techniques to find my inner self. I am a different person now, for the better. I am in control of my thoughts and myself.
It’s overwhelming to meditate and I now do this every day in the many ways Rosie taught me, for example, breathing practices and listening to my senses.
