There is so much conflicting information out there about diet and exercise that it’s no wonder most of us are left totally confused.
But the truth is most likely that what works well for one person, may not be the answer for someone else.We are each unique in our genetic makeup, our cultural influences and our life experience.
So finding what works best for you is key to developing lasting habits to reach and maintain a healthy weight.
In this 6 week Mindful Weight Management programme, I will share my personal experience of a variety of weight loss programmes - what worked and what didn’t and why - and encourage you to test out different options for yourself.
Alongside this, you will learn Mindfulness techniques which will help you learn to find bliss in your life, instead of constantly craving unhealthy food choices to ‘fill the gap’.
