"This really is a fine way to exercise as we reach the later stages of our lives and need help to ease our movement - sitting down is a bonus. There really is no need to roll on the floor and tie ourselves in knots!
The class sits in a friendly semi-circle and our teacher, Rosie, is careful to ensure that we exercise within our capabilities and although we work hard there is no pressure on us.
Breathing well is the basis of all exercise but with Yoga it is key. Muscles are gently coaxed into play and after a brief session of sitting down Yoga you will enjoy a real feeling of wellbeing.
